Shipping policy

For orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday, we normally operate a next working day delivery service to all parts of the UK with the exception of the Shetlands, Isle of Mann and Orkney Isles. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. You will be notified as soon as your package is on its way and we use a third party national ‘Next Working Day’ courier to deliver our goods to you.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please notify us by email to info@hiverbeers.com or call our office number 0203 198 9972, we are available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and we will seek to track your order or despatch a replacement.

We also use a number of 3rd party platforms with same day service to specific postcodes such as Deliveroo or Slurp. These sites manage their own returns and customer service portals and information can be found on the site through which you purchased. We adhere to their returns policies.
