Apple CIDER
Our medium-dry cider is pressed from a selection of traditional English apples on a century old orchard. Our mix of bittersweet, sharp and early maturing varietals gives us the perfect balance of tannin, natural apple sweetness and acid for a lip-smackingly refreshing cider.

HONEY NOT SUGAR
We've replaced the 12tsps of sugar that you'll find in your usual pint of cider with raw British honey. This creates our medium-dry finish, that leaves you wanting more.
Bees pollinate over 30% of the food that we eat and apples are no different. Our british beekeepers head to the orchards each year in late spring to play their role in pollinating this planet-friendly crop. And what better way to round off our cider than with nature's natural sweetener....all produced within a five mile radius. Buzzing.
BERRY FRUIT CIDER
Just like our apple cider, we use 8 different English apple varietals to create our Berry Fruit Cider alongside a blend of blueberry and raspberry juices for the natural fruitiness.
We use apple blossom honey to sweeten the cider naturally in place or refined or imported sugars. Our cider is made from 100% English ingredients (including the raspberries and blueberries) and is not from concentrates, free from flavours or any additives. It’s just natural fruit juices, yeasts and sulphites.
Taste notes
Our Hiver Berry Cider is fruity and sherbet with a moreish and clean finish. There’s a natural blueberry nose and a pleasant raspberry aftertaste and sweetness that complements this medium dry cider.
Pair with: dishes with savoury-sweet complexity — caramel, pickled fruit, umami-rich sauces, roasted or fried richness
Avoid: Delicate dairy, big red meat, straight heat without sweetness
