WHO is fabal?
Fabal is a celebration of lager and the craft that goes into making it. Launched in 2019 this premium lager brand is as at home in the luxurious setting of The Dorchester as it is in our grassroots Bermondsey Beer Mile railway arch HQ.
'Fabal' means craftsperson and so we're thrilled to showcase the best of English craft Lagers in our range.

Eye: Deep gold/ light caramel
Nose: Fruity, herbal with a slight candy note
Taste: Medium bodied malty lager with a pleasant spicy hop bitterness on the finish.
Abv: 5.2%
Beerstyle: Festbeer (lager)
Hops: First Gold and East Kent Goldings (known as EKG)

Nose: Soft and fruity nose, hints of apple blossom
Taste: Clean and refreshing, with a balance of sweetness from the malted barley and dryness from the pressed grain
Food Pairing: Enjoy as an aperitif with salty bar snacks and cold cuts or alongside ceasar salad dressings, mushroom risottos, creamy desserts or a seafood platter and asparagus tart

Nose: Fruity and crisp
Taste: A clean and pleasant saltiness balanced with a light juicy Harlequin hop flavour and bitterness.
