Venue Loyalty Programme - Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

1. Discount
   The Loyalty Key Ring entitles the registered holder to 10% off house beers and house wines only. The discount does not apply to guest products, spirits, food, merchandise, ticketed events, or any other items unless otherwise stated.
2. Participating Venues
   The discount is valid at the following participating venues:
   • Hiver Taproom
   • Hiver Events Space
   • Fabal Beerhall
3. Venue Hire Exclusion
   The Loyalty Key Ring cannot be used in conjunction with full venue hires, private hire packages, or any pre-agreed event pricing.
4. Presenting Your Key Ring
   The Loyalty Key Ring must be presented to a member of staff before payment in order to receive the discount. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. Other Offers
   The Loyalty Key Ring discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher, staff discount, or special pricing unless expressly stated.
6. Management Discretion
   The Loyalty Key Ring scheme and all associated discounts are offered entirely at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to refuse, amend, suspend or withdraw the scheme or any associated discount at any time, without prior notice.
7. Customer Information & Marketing
   By accepting a Loyalty Key Ring, you agree to provide your name, email address and telephone number. You also consent to receiving marketing communications from Hiver and Fabal. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our communications.
8. Right to Refuse Service
   We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse the use of the Loyalty Key Ring where appropriate, in accordance with our venue policies, licensing obligations and applicable law.
9. Personal Use Only
   The Loyalty Key Ring is issued for the personal use of the registered holder and must not be transferred, copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to cancel any key ring that we believe is being misused.
10. Lost or Stolen Key Rings
    Lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Key Rings remain the responsibility of the holder. Replacement key rings may be issued at management's discretion.
11. No Cash Alternative
    The Loyalty Key Ring has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.
12. Changes to the Scheme
    We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the Loyalty Key Ring scheme at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Loyalty Key Ring constitutes acceptance of the most recent Terms & Conditions.
13. Acceptance of Terms
    Use of the Loyalty Key Ring constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
