Our medium-dry cider is pressed from a selection of traditional English apples on a century old orchard. The mix of bittersweet, sharp and early maturing varietals gives us the perfect balance of tannin, natural apple sweetness and acid for a lip-smackingly refreshing cider.
PLUS rather than adding sugar to sweeten our natural brew, we add a little apple-blossom honey (replacing the whopping 48g of refined white sugar in your usual cider) to bring us up to a medium-dry finish.
