You can enjoy the Hiver Experience in the urban settings of Bee Urban and the Charterhouse in Central London, and the rural scenery of the Albourne Estate in Sussex. The location of your experience is selected at the time of purchase and your voucher will only be valid for one location.

Our Taproom Tastings are run from the Hiver Beers headquarter: our Taproom located in Bermondsey, Arch 56 Stanworth Street, SE1 3NY.

A beekeeping suit and gloves will be provided to you during the experience, however, you do need to wear closed shoes, and socks that cover your ankles. Shorts/skirts are accepted, so long as your feet and ankles are covered.

Our beer contains wheat (gluten), and some of our food matches contain wheat, lactose and may contain traces of nuts. If you suffer from any food intolerance or allergies, please let us know at the start of the session. If your allergy is severe, you are welcome to bring your own snacks with you, just email us on honey@hiverbeers.com to let us know.

If your voucher is from NOTHS (8 or 9 digit numbers) and Hiver webshop (4 digit numbers), it will have a 9 months validity, allowing you to redeem it in our upcoming beekeeping season. To redeem your voucher, follow the instructions below: 1) Go to our webshop – https://shop.hiverbeers.com , Select “ The Hiver Experience, Booking season 2019” and pick a date. 2) Select your preferred date and time from the options provided, and ensure the quantity ordered matches the number of people you are booking for. (Remember that you will not be able to change the date of your booking once you have processed your order) And don’t forget to add that cheeky pack of beer to take home if you want it… 3) If your voucher already includes a gift pack of beers, no need to add this to the booking as this will already be waiting for you when you visit us at the experience. 4) At check-out, please ensure you provide us with a contact number that will be in use on the day, and use your voucher number as a discount code. We can extend your voucher for an extra 2 months of the next season, or 1 month within the current season. If you cannot use it within this timeframe, we are unfortunately not able to extend it further. An admin fee may be applied.

We work with a range of experience providers such as Virgin Experience or BuyAGift. Please email us at honey@hiverbeers.com with your voucher details (voucher number, expiry date, pin code…), a mobile number and your top 3 preferred dates. If your voucher expired, you will need to contact the Customer service team of the experience provider to request an extension, and an admin fee may be applied.

We release the sessions progressively, to ensure we run at full capacity throughout the season. Our summer dates are very popular, but spring and late summer are also great. We release new sessions on a monthly to weekly basis during spring/summer, to ensure we meet the demand. If you are after a very specific date due to travelling, contact us on honey@hiverbeers.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If your booking is more than 4 weeks ahead, please contact us at honey@hiverbeers.com to request a change. Unfortunately, many of our dates are full ahead of time. Please note that whilst we do our best to suit your needs, we may not be able to accommodate the exact time or date for your rebooking. If your booking is less than 4 weeks from now, we may not be able to accommodate any change. Contact us on honey@hiverbeers.com with your booking details.

Don’t worry, we usually double-check our bookings for gift-packs prior to the sessions. Do keep your original voucher handy, to show you had a gift-pack in case we missed it.
